What does the Hijab mean to me? is about the different interpretations of the Hijab within the same family. The protagonist struggles to find her sense of belonging when it comes to the Hijab, so she tries to relate to one of her sisters, but that doesn’t help. She reaches to the point where it’s time to find her own meaning of the Hijab. Although they all live in the same environment, each one of these four sisters has their own opinion/ struggles.
