Radio

The BA3 Radio option embraces podcasting and all other forms of audio production.

The third-year specialisation allows students to work on a15-minute documentary, drama or soundscape and this work can be structured as a radio broadcast or podcast. There is no limit on subject matter and this year we have extraordinary work, including: moving and surprising explorations of the world of the tattoo parlour, living with MS, the world of Ricky Gervais, the barriers for people of colour, breaking into the media, two dramas about murder and an escape from an oppressive cult!

The students develop skills in writing, presenting and digital post-production and where possible, are invited to attend industry speaker sessions with the MA Audio, Radio & Podcasting students.
